Refunds and Returns Policy
All Sales Are Final
Management reserves the right to cancel any order
Delivery charges may vary for areas outside of West Malaysia (Free delivery within West Malaysia)
No cancellations after 12 hours of placing the order
Returns and Exchange is possible in following instances depending on availability of the items in stock
- Product (s) delivered is inaccurate than the one ordered
- Product (s) delivered is damaged upon receiving
- Product (s) delivered do not fit
In all the cases, the product being returned for exchange should be in unused condition, with its original tags intact.
Please note that the company will not bear any charges of postage when making in the returns and exchange process.
Exchange
- After communicating with our customer care, please take following steps to make the exchange:
- Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible
- Courier the parcel back to us at following address : 11 Jalan KJ 1C/8, Taman Kundang Jaya 48020, Rawang, Selangor.
- You can return the products within 7 days of receiving them, in unused ,unwashed and
Unaltered condition, along with the original tags.
Refunds
We have no refund policy unless the product is no longer available and in that case refunds are processed within 5 working days, your patience is highly appreciated.
